Do I need a technical drawing before contacting you?
No. Drawings are helpful, but we can also work from samples, photos, application details or an existing part.

Can you create prototypes before production?
Yes. We can support prototype development, including 3D printed parts and sample components for testing and approval.

Can you help if I need to replace an obsolete part?
Yes. We can review the existing component and explore suitable alternatives, including standard parts, sourced parts or bespoke development.

Do you only work with plastic parts?
No. JET PRESS can support plastic components, metal parts and mixed material components depending on the application and project requirements.

Can you support ongoing supply once the part is approved?
Yes. JET PRESS can support manufacturing, stockholding, packing, assembly and ongoing supply.

Can you cross-reference a part number from another supplier?
Yes. If you have a part number from another supplier, JET PRESS can review it and check whether we can offer an equivalent, alternative or suitable replacement.
